Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.
We also offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and the following countries within Europe:

An Post Express delivery is €4.95 and takes between 1 - 2 working days (Ireland Only)
*Orders with a large number of products will be only charged for one postage fee up to 1Kg.
An Post Northern Ireland standard delivery is €15 and takes around 2 working days
An Post UK standard delivery is €15 and takes between 4 - 5 working days
UPS UK and Northern Ireland delivery is €15 and takes around 2 working days
UPS UK Standard 48hrs (Order Before 2pm for phone orders or Online Orders) €20.00
UPS EU Standard Delivery Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, The Netherlands €20 and takes between 2-3 working days
UPS EU standard delivery to Zone 2: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden €20 and takes between 2-3 working days

UPS USA Standard Delivery is €33 and takes between 4-5 working days
UPS Australia, Canada & New Zealand is €33 and takes 4-5 working days
Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
Your Hairspray parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties depending on the value of your order. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are beyond Hairspray control and can vary depending on each country. Accordingly, we do suggest contacting your local customs office as they can better advise on any charges that may be incurred.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you register an account with us, there is an option to add additional delivery addresses at the time of checkout. You can also add multiple addresses to the "Address Book" section of your account page.
What time will my parcel arrive?
Deliveries are made using An Post and are dispatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). Accordingly, deliveries will arrive between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.Express Irish orders placed after 5 pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

What if I am not there at the delivery address when my parcel arrives?
If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of your parcel is quick and easy. An Post will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local post office or depot.
What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?
If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavor to get back to you within 12 working hrs.
How do I make a return?
We offer returns or exchanges on all orders returned within 14 days of receipt. A charge of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the administration cost.
Returns or exchanges would need to be arranged by the customer.
Once returns are received, your refund will be issued within 5-7 working days.
How to make a return?
Returns will have to be organized by the customer.
If you are returning a valuable item, we would suggest you that you send it by registered post so that you know at all time where your parcel is located.
Please include your packing slip provided with your original order and an explanation of what would you like us to do for you.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Hairspray, however, we understand if this is not always the case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
All orders are protected by a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee in accordance with the distance selling regulations, this guarantees a full refund if the item is returned unused with tags still intact and in its original packaging or repackaged securely in replacement packing if unavailable. Please note that all refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days from the time your return has been received.
Items returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted and resent back to the original delivery address.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume, food or smoke) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.
For hygiene reasons, the following items will not be accepted back: Beauty Products, Hair Extensions.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price of the item/items less the returns fee of €5 will be credited when Hairspray has received and processed your return and it passes inspection. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please be aware that return postage fees will not be deducted from your refund if the reason for the return of an item/s are due to an error on our part (faulty or incorrect item received). For cases whereby a customer places an order for one item, and needs to return it due to an error on our part then we will provide you with a return label and An Post bag.
Faulty item returns process: If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer service department at email@example.com immediately for further instructions. Failure to contact us prior to returning a faulty item may result in issuing a standard refund as per our general returns policy.
For returns from all other countries please complete the returns form enclosed with your parcel and send it with your parcel to our below address. Goods should be returned via a traceable service to reach us on or before the return date (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers or proof of postage in case they are required).
